REVOLUTIONARY BUNGIN AREA: IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PERTANIAN TERPADU PENGAPUNG SEBAGAI SOLUSI PANGAN DAN PENINGKATAN EKONOMI DALAM MENDUKUNG SDGs 2030

Bungin Island, located in Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, holds the distinction of being the worlds most densely populated island, with a remarkable population density of approximately 14.133 people/km² over an area of 15 hectares. This unique geographic situation severely limits agricultural opportunities, compelling the community to rely heavily on costly and often inaccessible food imports. Approximately 29.49% of the islands residents are engaged in fishing, while 27.29% face challenges in securing stable employment. Livestock farming, such as raising goats or chicken, is often undertaken to meet the populations protein needs.
