Jana Nexus: Journal of Computer Science is committed to maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of the scholarly record. The journal provides mechanisms for correcting published content when necessary and establishes clear procedures regarding manuscript withdrawal requests.
Correction Policy
The journal recognizes that errors may occasionally occur during the research, review, or publication process. When significant errors that affect the accuracy, interpretation, or reliability of a published article are identified, appropriate corrective actions may be taken.
Corrections may be initiated by authors, editors, reviewers, or readers and may include:
• Correction of typographical or formatting errors.
• Correction of author information or affiliations.
• Clarification of data, figures, tables, or references.
• Correction of factual inaccuracies that do not invalidate the overall findings of the research.
After editorial review, approved corrections may be published as an official correction notice or incorporated into the online version of the article where appropriate.
Article Withdrawal Policy
Authors may request withdrawal of a manuscript before publication by providing a written explanation to the editorial office. Withdrawal requests are subject to review by the editorial team.
Manuscripts may also be withdrawn by the journal in cases involving:
• Plagiarism or copyright infringement.
• Duplicate or redundant submission.
• Ethical violations or research misconduct.
• Fraudulent, fabricated, or falsified data.
• Serious legal or ethical concerns.
Publication Charges and Withdrawal
Once a manuscript has been accepted and the Article Processing Charge (APC) has been paid, substantial editorial, administrative, and production resources are committed to the publication process.
Therefore:
• APC payments are non-refundable.
• In the event of manuscript withdrawal after APC payment, no refund will be issued.
• Authors requesting withdrawal after acceptance and payment acknowledge that the publication fee cannot be returned.
• Submission of a manuscript to the journal constitutes acceptance of this withdrawal and refund policy.
Retraction of Published Articles
In exceptional circumstances, a published article may be retracted if significant ethical violations, plagiarism, data fabrication, major errors, or other serious concerns are discovered after publication. Retraction notices will be issued to maintain transparency and preserve the integrity of the scholarly record.
Jana Nexus: Journal of Computer Science remains committed to ethical publishing practices and the responsible management of corrections, withdrawals, and retractions in accordance with accepted academic publishing standards.
