Article Processing Charge (APC)
• APC: USD 120 per accepted manuscript.
• The APC is charged only after a manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication.
• Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee acceptance, and no publication fee is required at the time of submission.
• The APC covers editorial processing, peer-review management, production, online publication, and open-access availability of the published article.
• Published articles remain freely accessible to readers without subscription or access fees.
Waiver and Discount Policy
Jana Nexus recognizes that financial constraints may limit research dissemination opportunities for some authors. Therefore, the journal may consider APC waiver or discount requests under exceptional circumstances.
• Authors from low-income regions or institutions with limited research funding may apply for a partial waiver or discount.
• Early-career researchers, independent scholars, and students facing genuine financial difficulties may submit a waiver request for consideration.
• Waiver requests must be submitted before or during the review process and should include a brief explanation of the circumstances supporting the request.
• The editorial evaluation of a manuscript is completely independent of any APC payment or waiver request. Editorial decisions are based solely on the quality, originality, significance, and scientific merit of the submitted work.
• Approval or rejection of waiver requests is at the sole discretion of the Editorial Board and Publisher.
