Organizations increasingly use dashboards for finance, operations, safety, project delivery, customer experience, and compliance, yet leadership behavior often remains outside comparable governance visibility. This conceptual and design-oriented paper develops a Leadership Governance Dashboard model based on the Total Leadership Index (TLI). The model converts multi-source leadership audit evidence into weighted scorecards, pillar-wise maturity scores, behavioral heat maps, rater-variance diagnostics, trend signals, red-flag alerts, development actions, and auditable governance reviews. The paper argues that leadership analytics should not be framed as punitive surveillance, popularity ranking or personality scoring; it should be treated as governance intelligence that helps institutions detect behavioral risk before it becomes trust erosion, communication failure, ethical drift or execution disorder.
